Nicole Eggert, now 41, is still best known to many fans from Charles in Charge and Baywatch. The single mom of two daughters — Dilyn, 14 and Keegan, 20 months — is now one of the diving stars on ABC's Splash.
Nicole was on Celebrity Fit Club in 2010, but she talked to People about her struggle to lose weight after the birth of Keegan, who arrived in 2011. "I was eating and exercising but something was off. I saw a doctor and he said I had a hormonal imbalance," Nicole said. She added that paparazzi photos of her weight battle upset her older daughter. "It's shallow because the person inside is the same person. Dilyn knew me at 98 pounds and she knew me at 160 pounds when I was pregnant with Keegan. When the paparazzi would follow me and judge me it really upset her." (Nicole is reportedly 5'2" tall.)
Nicole said she lost 35 pounds before heading onto Splash, thanks to a strict diet and working out with a personal trainer. She also credits the ABC show for helping her to build muscle. "It was really hard, every day, six-to-eight hours a day of gymnastics, trampoline work and diving. But it did wonders for my body."
If working out is part of your job, that definitely makes it easier! Read her full interview to see a current photo. She looks great — and, more importantly, she seems to feel great too.
