Jennifer Lawrence certainly doesn't follow any playbook when she's talking to the press.

Jennifer spoke to the press backstage at the 2013 Oscars following her Best Actress win for Silver Linings Playbook, during which point she admitted to taking a shot and then flipped off a reporter.

Jen gave a bunch of hilarious responses to the press backstage following her win, including her surprise when a reporter asked what happened when she fell on the stairs during the ceremony.

"What do you mean, 'What happened?' Look at my dress," Jen said. "I tried to walk up stairs in this dress  that's what happened."

She was equally baffled by a question about her process to prepare for the Oscars.

"I don't know, I just woke up and tried on the dress and it fit, thank god," she said. "And then, um, I took a shower? That's what I did."

But then the Hunger Games star apparently felt badly for being a bit curt to the reporter, so she decided to explain herself.

"I'm sorry, I did a shot before I... sorry," she said with a laugh, referring to having had an alcoholic drink right before the press conference.

But Jen seemed to be especially annoyed by a reporter who asked if her win at age 22 might mean that her career is peaking too early.

Jen made a weird face when responding to the question, and then as she walked away from the podium minutes later, she flipped off the reporter. You go, Jen!

Jen waited until after TV cameras were off to flip the bird, but when she realized reporters were photographing her middle finger salute, she immediately felt badly and seemed to want to take it back. Too late!

We love how J-Law is so candid and hilarious, but what do you think? Was the bird flip going too far?
