You’d never guess by looking at her now, but singer Pink gained 55 pounds while pregnant with her daughter, Willow Sage. Now, just over a year after giving birth, the pop star has kicked the baby weight and is fitter and healthier than ever!
Revealing her rock-hard body on the cover of Shape Magazine’s November 2012 issue, Pink opens up on the details of her makeover:
“I ate a lot of cheesecake during my pregnancy,” she admits. “Also anything sour — Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, key lime pie.” Though she chose not to rush into losing weight right after giving birth, pounds started melting away when she hired celebrity trainers Jillian Michaels and Jeannette Jenkins.
“They both kicked my butt more than any other person I’ve ever worked out with,” adding that yoga and a strict vegan diet have gotten her into the best shape of her life.
