Poor Kate Middleton. This should be the time of her life, and instead she's probably too busy throwing up to really enjoy it.

According to the Daily Mail, the Duchess of Cambridge, 30, is less than 12 weeks pregnant and may suffer severe vomiting for a great deal of her pregnancy after developing the illness hyperemesis gravidarum, which reportedly affects one in 50 women. They say she'll probably be taking anti-sickness tablets, so hopefully that will help ease a lot of the burden.

Kate was in the hospital when the news broke that she was pregnant, and St. James's Palace released an update on her health (via Daily Mail):

“The Duchess of Cambridge is continuing to feel better. She and the Duke are immensely grateful for the good wishes they have received. She will remain in hospital at present and will continue to be treated for Hyperemesis Gravidarum.”

As frustrating as this must be for her, at least she's avoiding all the cameras who will rush in her face the second she emerges from the hospital. Good luck, Kate!
