Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig are two attractive famous people who happen to be married, but there's a reason why they're not Brangelina — or even Robsten. They keep their private lives private.
Rachel, who turned 43 on March 7, has a son with her ex, Darren Aronofsky. Daniel, who turned 45 on March 2, has a daughter with his ex, Fiona Loudon. Rachel is on the new cover of Esquire UK, promoting her new movie Oz the Great and Powerful and explaining why she doesn't discuss her relationship with Daniel.
“There are lots of people involved, including children who are getting older," Rachel told Esquire (via JustJared). "And they didn’t choose to have us as parents. I genuinely just don’t think it’s very fair on them to have their parents talk about stuff.”
Very mature perspective! Honestly, if we were married to James Bond we’d probably get tattoos on our foreheads, but good for her for putting the family first. It's a shame not every celeb couple has such qualms about pimping out personal details to promote projects.
But it sounds like, on a professional front, Rachel would be happy to act opposite her husband ... as a Bond villain. “I’d like to!” Rachel said. “I wouldn’t say no. I’m not a snob about entertainment.” Cast her!
