Reese Witherspoon is taking time to be around people who know her name.

The film star was arrested for disorderly conduct on April 19 in Atlanta, and was spotted spending time with famous friends two days later, according to Us Weekly.

Reese made a brief appearance at a screening of her film Mud in NYC on April 21, but she did not give any interviews.

Then, she and husband Jim Toth  who was arrested on Friday for driving with a blood-alcohol level that was 17 times the legal limit  made their way to the Greenwich Hotel.

Also hanging out at the hotel with them were pals like Cameron Diaz, Chelsea Handler, Michael Keaton, Judd Apatow, and Leslie Mann.

Despite the level of star power, it was a rather subdued get-together.

"Nobody was drunk  it was pretty tame," a source says of the group of celebs. Apparently, the famous friends were seen drinking San Pellegrino water.

"They all seemed really happy," the source continues. "There was no indication that there was anything wrong."

Reese had issued a statement to apologize for her behavior in Atlanta, saying she "clearly had one drink too many" and is "deeply embarrassed" about what she said to the police officer.

She had reportedly asked the police officer, "Do you know my name?"

It's great that Reese has her close friends by her side. Let's hope she gets back on the right track.
