The pop star - who currently has the hit song "Stay" - was scheduled to visit a school in Chicago but kept everyone waiting three-and-a-half hours for her to appear, according to Radar Online.
Rihanna was supposed to take the stage at Barrington High School, which was the school's reward for winning a contest.
Instead, the 2,000 students in the gymansium were stood up for over three hours, with many of the kids venting their frustrations through Twitter.
“Looks like I’m not the only impatient person!!,” wrote one student. “#everyoneisleaving”
When RiRi was an hour-and-a-half late, she tweeted that she was finally on her way. Then, a half hour after that, she tweeted a complaint about the traffic. And then she still took another hour-and-a-half after that!
When she finally did arrive, she gave a brief speech and gave out hugs to the students who were still there. Her entire appearance at the school lasted 12 minutes.
Punctuality counts, Rihanna.
