What’s your definition of “together”?
Rihanna and Chris Brown weren't technically together when Andy Cohen asked Rihanna about him in a Facebook Live interview last night.
RiRi and Andy talked about her new album, Unapologetic, which features a duet with Chris called “Nobodies Business.” Andy cleverly added Chris’s name to the mix when doing one of his word association games. He got her to comment on everyone from Beyoncé (“gorgeous — a stab to my self-esteem”) to Nicki Minaj (“ass”), and Eminem (“he’s the sh*t”), before bringing up Chris Brown. “He’s pretty dope, too,” Rihanna said with a laugh. “He’s kinda all right.” But when Andy followed up by asking if they were together, Rihanna said “No. Not together.”
So it sounds like she’s shutting down romance rumors, but she also said she wants her personal life to be nobody’s business — so maybe she’s intentionally playing coy? What good would it do her to publicly announce they are dating again when a lot of fans think they are better off apart? Or do you think she would be totally unapologetic, as her title suggests, and say “We are together” if that were the case?
