Former pro tennis player Jennifer Capriati is heading to an entirely different type of court in April.

The 36-year-old athlete, who won an Olympic gold medal in 1992, was charged with stalking and battery after allegedly punching her ex-boyfriend Ivan D. Brannan Jr. at a Palm Beach gym on Valentine’s Day, reports People.

According to the court documents, she proceeded to “willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follow, harass, or cyberstalk” her ex for three days following the incident. The two had broken up in February 2012.

She’s been ordered to appear in court on April 17.

This isn’t Jennifer’s first brush with the law: Back in 1993, she was charged with shoplifting a ring, and she was arrested and charged with misdemeanour pot possession the following year.
