One night in Bangkok makes a hard man humble, but there are plenty of angry men over in Thailand, offended by Saturday Night Live's recent Rosetta Stone sketch.

You can watch the faux commercial below. It shows various people saying they want to learn French or German or Russian to trade recipes, etc., then there's a series of creepy guys saying they want to learn Thai to "meet new people" and say things like "Is that for the whole night?" and "Oh my God! What have I done?" and "I need to speak with the American Embassy."

According to the New York Post, Thai Culture Minister Sonthaya Khunploem is working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to have the clip removed from YouTube. “The government will also inform the US Embassy that the commercial spoof is tarnishing Thailand’s image, and will ask the embassy to explain the situation to the producer of Saturday Night Live,” he said.

What do you think? It is unfair bashing of a country or fair game for comedy?
