There are 24 hours in every day, and we have many days until The Walking Dead returns for the second half of Season 3, starting February 10. So carve out six minutes to check out a new AMC video (watch it below) interviewing the cast and crew about what's to come. "It's on," as showrunner Glen Mazzara puts it.

Steven Yeun (Glenn) says things are way worse than they ever were before. Lauren Cohan (Maggie) adds that there are so many trust issues, with all these new people joining the group (like Michonne, and the new folks back at the prison.) "Glenn is extremely angry and vengeful," Lauren said, "and Maggie doesn't really see the point in being angry and taking murderous revenge on this [Woodbury] group, but she does want to keep this [prison] group safe." She just wants to keep the Woodbury group far away, however they can manage it.

Laurie Holden (Andrea) says Andrea will persevere. She wants her to "fight for the people" and be more inspired to do the right thing. (Good! Team Prison!)

Andrew Lincoln (Rick) says, "In the second half of the season, you realize that Rick is this brutal, ruthless leader that is uncompromising. So when we meet The Governor, there is a match." For his part, David Morrissey (The Governor) says his character literally doesn't care anymore. He lost his last shred of humanity when Michonne killed his zombie daughter, Penny. Is there redemption in him? We may find out.

Executive producer David Alpert said Hershel (Scott Wilson) has stepped up as the emotional and moral center of the prison group. "I think what you're going to see is that the gentleness of Hershel is really the thing that's able to sort of cut through." Maybe he'll be able to help crazy Rick sort through his mental issues. In terms of what's next for Carl, executive producer Robert Kirkman said, in the back half of the season, they are going to try to show the "child soldier" as a very capable, contributing member of the group.

Kirkman said there's a lot of conflict ahead that people will want to see. No kidding! We'll take it sooner, if it's ready... Watch the video below for more.
