They practically had cameos on The Walking Dead Season 3 premiere.
Season 2 ended with Andrea (Laurie Holden) being left behind by the Ricktatorship and saved by a hooded person hanging out with two armless zombie pets. Intriguing! Fans waited months to see more of the mysterious character, a fan favorite from the comic books named Michonne (Danai Gurira). Last Sunday's Season 3 premiere focused mostly on Rick (Andrew Lincoln), Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies), Daryl (Norman Reedus) and the prison group, with just two scenes concerning Michonne and one about Andrea — who is apparently very sick.
So when are we going to see more of them? Well, not this Sunday!
Unfortunately, TVLine reports, they have even LESS screen time on Episode 2, which is named “Sick” but apparently not because of a focus on Andrea. (So, probably for Hershel.) But executive producer Robert Kirkman told TVLine the ladies’ time to shine is coming. When Andrea meets up with Rick’s group — which will happen — actress Laurie Holden expects the reunion will be tense and "heated." Andrea doesn't even know if the others are alive, if she was abandoned, or what. Does she even know what happened to Shane (Jon Berthnal)?
Not to take sides on this but Team Andrea all the way! They never should've left her behind.
