On a new track from his mixtape Royalty, Childish Gambino (aka, Community’s Donald Glover) offers some dubious financial advice. (“Put your money in that real estate”? Doesn’t he know about the housing crisis?) But he also gets a little help from his friends, the likes of RZA, Beck, and Tina Fey. *Record scratch* What?

The 30 Rock star raps on Donald’s final song, “Real Estate.” With lines such as “My president is black and my Prius is blue, mother**ker/Royalty all day, we droppin' racks at Nordstrom, son,” Fey proves she has more chops than Liz Lemon.

Other songs on the mixtape include “Silk Pillow,” featuring Beck; “Bronchitis”; and “They Don’t Like Me.” (How can anyone not like Mr. Gambino?) You can download them all here. Fey out.
