Custody disputes can get ugly. But Usher wouldn’t actually leave his ex-wife and kids homeless, right?

Usher’s ex Tameka Foster claims that’s exactly what she fears will happen. She’s currently living in Usher’s Georgia mansion with their children, but their current settlement says Usher can sell that house whenever he wants, as long as he gives her 60 days' notice. Tameka says that’s not enough time, according to TMZ, and she’s asked the court to force Usher to provide a permanent home for her and the kids.

Usher’s camp believes he's already given her plenty, though, and he would prefer not to add a house to the pile. We hope they can work this out. Surely there are enough Georgia mansions to go around.
