You could be the proud owner of Christian Grey’s “Red Room of Pleasure.” If you have a few million bucks, that is.

Zillow reports that only one of the 5,200-square-foot penthouses in Seattle’s Escala condo building, the luxurious setting of E. L. James’s erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey, has been snapped up. The customizable units run between $4 and $6 million.

In the book, billionaire BDSM devotee Christian Grey lives in one of these penthouses, where he and virgin college grad Anastasia Steele embark on a submissive-domination relationship in his “Red Room of Pleasure.” The sexy story isn’t exactly true to life, as the building doesn’t have a helipad on the roof. Details, details.

Escala’s director of sales tells Zillow, “If you were going to pick something opulent, this would be the building.” The common area boasts a spa, a gym with a yoga studio, a private dining room, a theater room, and a dog run.

We’re in! Minus the bondage, domination, and sadism, that is...
