Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie never planned to get married until same-sex marriage was legal for everyone. (You know, like Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard.) But Brangelina have six children, and what the young’uns want trumps everything. Brad and Angie got engaged in April, saying it was a promise for the future and the kids were very happy.
Brad talked to E! News to promote his new film, Killing Them Softly, and E! asked about the wedding date. Brad didn’t give specifics, but answered, "We're getting a lot of pressure from the kids. We didn't realize how much it meant to them and then, in getting engaged, how much it also means to us."
People magazine also added some new wedding comments from Brad: "The time is nigh," he said. "It's soon. I got a good feeling about it."
Good! It sounds like the kids will be heavily involved in the wedding. Do you think they’ll do a big shindig or try to keep it as small and quiet as possible? They’ve both been married before (hey, Jennifer Aniston, Jonny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton!), so it’s not like they’d be doing it just because they've always wanted a big wedding ceremony. If you were them, would you try to sell your wedding pictures to, say, People magazine, to attempt to control a little of what gets out there about it?
