Whitney Houston will always love her little girl — and her will proves it.
Bobbi Kristina, 19, is set to inherit all of Whitney’s possessions in the wake of her mother’s untimely passing on February 11.
According to Inside Edition, a 19-page court document specifies that all of Whitney’s money, furniture, clothing, jewelry, and cars will go to Bobbi. The money will be held in a trust until Bobbi turns 21. She’ll then receive a set amount when she turns 25, and she’ll receive full access to the fortune at age 30.
How much was Whitney worth when she died? E! Online speculates that it may have been a lot less than expected, despite her $10 million paycheck for The Preacher’s Wife in 1995, the $100 million contract she inked with Arista Records in 2001, and her 2010 Nothing but Love tour, which grossed an impressive $36 million. Forbes estimates that the singer made the most money between 1993 and 1994 — approximately $33 million — when The Bodyguard was big.
However, the singer battled drug and alcohol addiction throughout her too-short life, something that can take its toll on a bank account — even one as sizable as Whitney’s.
Don’t miss Bobbi’s first interview after her mother’s death this Friday, March 9, on Oprah’s Next Chapter.
