The upcoming trial that could send Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Joe and Teresa Giudice to prison for up to 50 years each has been delayed, due to two additional fraud charges that have been made against the couple. Previously indicted for 39 counts of fraud, tax evasion, and related charges, Joe and Teresa now have 41 to contend with. A grand jury added two more single counts on Monday, November 18, 2013: bank fraud and loan application fraud

These charges, NJ.com reports, stem from an incident involving a $361,250 mortgage loan Teresa received in 2005. Charges allege that Teresa claimed she made $15,000 a month as a realtor when she was actually unemployed.

So how is this going to affect the trial? Teresa's lawyer, Henry Lingeman, says that Teresa plans to plead "not guilty" to these new charges, as she will for the other 39. "She looks forward to defending herself at the trial, scheduled for February 24, 2014. Beyond that, we will answer all of the charges in court, not out," the Mr. Klingeman added.

Meanwhile, the Giudice family is just trying to keep their heads up, and it looks like they're getting plenty of family bonding in before the trial date — the family of five hit up the Giants vs. Packers NFL game on Sunday, and were all smiles in photos.

Will Joe and Teresa get through this, or are they headed to prison? Let us know your thoughts below!
