Girls Gone Wild Founder Convicted of Assault and False Imprisonment

One notorious Hollywood lawbreaker won't be able to go wild again for a while!

Joe Francis, best known as the founder of the pornography series
Girls Gone Wild and for his frequent, somewhat-related run-ins with the law, has been found guilty of assault and false imprisonment after a 2011 incident.

Apparently, after he and a few women went home after the club, he tried to separate one from the other two, grabbed one woman’s hair and throat, and slammed her head into the floor. Huffington Post says that he could face up to five years in prison!

Joe’s run-ins with the law are numerous, from filming underage girls to filming women without their consent to tax evasion to defamation.
