How Does Nick Lachey on Son Camden Bond? Hint: It Involves Singing!
As if we couldn’t gush about Nick and Vanessa Lachey’s little boy Camden enough, Nick went ahead and did it for us. VH1’s Big Morning Buzz host recently opened up to US Weeklyabout how his 21-month old son and how the former boy bander bonds with his little one.
"I make him scrambled eggs, and he gets his apple cinnamon oatmeal every day. It's our bonding time together," Nick reveals. "I sing to him when I wake him up and put him down for a nap." Um, could those songs be something along the lines of 98 Degrees’s “My Everything,” or perhaps the tune that brought Camden’s parents together, “What’s Left Of Me”?
Guess we’ll never know, but the one thing we do know is that little Camden is well on his way to becoming a fearless New Yorker. The family recently made the big move to the concrete jungle this past January, when Nick accepted his gig on VH1.
"He loves New York," the 40-year-old papa says. But what does Camden love the most? The taxis and fire trucks, of course! “There's plenty of stimulation. Camden stands at the apartment window and stares,” Nick adds. “He loves going for walks and checking it all out. He's fearless, which I love."
When you have a dad like Nick — who also has a solid set of abs —it’s no surprise you’re just as fearless as him!
