Are ‘Bachelor’ 2017 Nick Viall and SPOILER Still Together?

Warning: The following contains MAJOR spoilers for Nick’s Season 21 finale. Read at your own risk!

Nick Viall’s Bachelor 2017 journey is just coming to an end on-screen, but in real time, he finished filming back in mid-November.

That means the Season 21 star has been out in the world for some time now, and plenty could have happened since then.

For instance, we have to know, is he still with his final pick?

Before we get to that, let’s cover the groundwork of what is said to happen in the finale — namely, did the two-time Bachelorette runner-up find love?

We can actually answer that, though there’s still some mystery.

“I think I can definitely say I found love. I won't be able to give you much more detail about that other than you'll have to watch and see how that played out and what it all meant,” Nick teased in an interview at the start of the season.

So clearly he’s playing coy, but thanks to Reality Steve, we do know a couple of vital things.

For one, the 36-year-old does pick someone in the end and that gal is… drumroll please… Vanessa Grimaldi!

Additionally, the spoiler king tells us, unlike some previous leads like Juan Pablo Galavis and Brad Womack, the Wisconsin hunk does propose to the special education teacher.

In other words, as of November, he and the 29-year-old brunette beauty were engaged. But does that stand four months later?

We’ll know for sure during tonight’s After the Final Rose, though if the always in-the-know Reality Steve is to be believed, things aren’t going too well since cameras stopped rolling.

On a positive note, he does confirm they’re “still engaged to this day,” with plans for Vanessa to move to L.A. while her reality TV-loving beau competes on Dancing With the Stars.

Then again…

In late December, the spoiler king responded to fan questions about the couple, and if he’d heard anything about their relationship post-show. His response? “Heard some things. Not great.”

That’s not all.

Steve also clarified that he doesn’t think social media has been the issue in their engagement, though he didn’t go into detail what the problems were.

He also says pretty confidently there’s “not a chance” the engagement lasts, and hints at a different side to the beautiful brunette than we’ve seen so far.

Then again, there are some other more promising signs for the future Mr. and Mrs. Viall.

After the two met up after filming, Nick’s Bachelor in Paradise 3 co-star Jared Haibon gushed about his pal’s happiness after the show, telling he seemed “very happy” and like he’d had “a great experience.”

If that’s not enough, there’s also both parties’ social media activity.

Both have continually posted photos of the two of them together and looking in-love from filming last fall.

During last week’s overnight dates episode, they each posted a super cute couple pic around the same time.

Meanwhile, the Bachelor didn’t share anything about his other two contestants at the time, Raven Gates and Rachel Lindsay.

Here’s hoping these two can beat the odds (and prove naysayers wrong) and make this work!

The Bachelor Season 21 finale airs tonight, March 13 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
