The former Jersey Shore star has gotten into tip-top shape since her days of fried pickles, shots, and boardwalk food in Seaside. And that's even after popping out an adorable baby boy named Lorenzo! As for how she stays so fit? The good old fashioned way — healthy eating and exercising. Snooks often posts photos of her clean meals, like turkey meatballs and veggies, and she also shows off her workouts with her trainer Anthony Michael.

"Bunz & gunz with the ladies!! @liabunzngunz," the reality TV mama wrote, along with a video of herself doing planks and leg lifts during a recent sweat sesh. This girl makes it look easy!
