OK, we knew Snooki was in great shape, but we didn't realize she was the Hulk.

The reality TV star posted a video of herself on Instagram on December 4, showing off one of her workout sessions with her trainer Anthony Michael. Think they're just doing casual crunches and a few sets of push ups? Think again.

"My huge 230 lb trainer can stand on my legs while I wall sit. Strong legs baby!" Snooki wrote, along with the clip.

So Snooki, who probably weighs less than 100 lbs., is probably carrying more than two times her weight on her quads? NBD!
