Best: Nikita’s Pleather Shorts and Polka-Dotted Tank

DO NOT TRY this at home! Once again, we’re pretty sure Maggie Q is the only woman on earth who can carry this look off, but carry it off she does: black, pleather, high-waisted shorts paired with a black polka dotted tank and heels. As a general rule of thumb, shorts and polka dots should be avoided by anyone over the age of 8, but the trick here is the dots are in black and white (nothing too crazy!) and the shorts are simple despite being made of shiny pleather. It also doesn’t hurt that Maggie Q’s legs go on forever. Our only problem with the outfit: Isn’t it still winter in Spyville? In the next scene, she’s got a puffy coat on!

Worst: Alex’s White Button Down Shirt and Black Pants

Is Alex moonlighting as a waitress? We can’t think of another explanation for this totally boring getup. Division gave her a closet full of fabulous outfits and THIS is what she chooses?! We realize she probably didn’t wanna get all gussied up for a “saving a sex slave from a sociopathic pimp” rescue mission, but she could have at least thrown on black leggings and black top, something a little more spy-esque!

Honorable Mention Worst: Nikita’s White Outfit Paired with Puffy Coat

We know Nikki was posing as a “towel girl," but is that really any excuse for dressing like the Ice Cream Man? Her super-tight white slacks looked horribly uncomfortable. We can’t believe she was able to fight in them! What was even worse? When she threw an enormous puffy coat over the whole thing. That coat had a collar so big it looked like she was being treated for whiplash.
