Grab your tissues because these moms are about to make you cry!

Teen Mom OG stars Farrah Abraham, Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood got together for one emotional video dedicated to their munchkins, who are halfway to turning 16 (around the age when each mom first got pregnant), with the exception of 2-year-old Novalee.

The video, interspersed with old scenes from Teen Mom and shots of the moms playing with their kids, begins with the moms recalling the moment they first met their babies.

"You were just born and you opened your eyes for a split second and stopped crying and looked at me," Amber said about her daughter Leah.

"That, I will never forget."

The moms also talked about how hard it was to watch their kids grow up from innocent babies to independent 8-year-olds.

"Bentley, your first day of kindergarten killed me. I was so excited for you, but it was quite emotional for me because you were my baby and you weren't my baby anymore," Maci said about her son.

When asked how motherhood has changed their lives, the moms got more than a little emotional.

"I feel like being a mom totally changes you completely for the better," Catelynn said about her daughter Novalee.

(Unlike the other girls, Catelynn's video is addressed to her daughter rather than Carly, the baby she gave up for adoption at 16.)

"You kind of bring the kid out in me," Maci said.

My my my love!!! #blessed

"When you sit there and say to Mommy, 'I want to be this one day and I want to be that one day.' It's never anything small," Amber said about Leah.

"It's a president. You want to be an astronaut. I know you're going to do big things."

Ladies I love you! We are awesome and strong!!! #3stooges @macideshanebookout @realamberlportwood1__

When it was finally Farrah's turn to answer the question, the controversial star broke down.

"I'm just seriously thankful," the mom said, fighting back tears. "That you have helped me become the best mom."

"I can't even talk. I can't talk," Farrah said, covering her face with her hand as she thought about Sophia.

Amber also broke down when she remisced about her past struggles, including her previous problems with violence and drug addiction, which eventually led her to be jailed and lose custody of Leah.

"I put myself in a hard situation because I wasn't there for you. I'll explain that to you later," she said.

"But you won't mess up like I did. I will make sure of that."

The video ended on an uplifting note with the moms looking forward to seeing their babies grow up.

"I'm excited to sit back and watch you blossom into a young lady, a teen, a woman. Scary!" Catelynn said.

"Don't make me a grandma. I'm just kidding, you can make me grandma, but I have to be old."

And of course little Novalee and myself
