Oklahoma Tornado Victim Uncovers Her Missing Dog On Live TV (VIDEO)

We are so happy to share an inspiring story in the wake of the devastating tornado that ripped through Oklahoma yesterday.

While being interviewed by a local television news show, an elderly woman describes her terrifying survival story. As she was holding her dog and cowering in her bathroom, the tornado whipped through her home. She was thrown into a bunch of rubble, and her dog was nowhere to be found.

Still clearly in shock, shown against the backdrop of flattened debris, the elderly woman tries to describe her feelings as she stares across the destruction left by the EF-4 tornado. As the reporter continues to pepper the woman with questions, she suddenly blurts out, “The dog! That’s the dog!”

The elderly woman rushes over to the rubble to see her furry friend’s stunned face poking out, looking at her expectantly. As she gets some help freeing her visibly shaken but seemingly unscathed dog from the debris, she thankfully tells the camera, “Well I thought God just answered one prayer, to let me be okay , but instead he answered both of them.”

We are so happy that this woman and her loyal canine pal were reunited, and we hope they can give each other some much-needed comfort in the difficult days ahead.
