Once Upon a Time’s Colin O’Donoghue (Captain Hook) was a mystery for much of his time on the show, but toward the Season 2 finale, we learned more about him — and can’t wait to see more.

However, we won’t be seeing the erstwhile pirate doing one thing anymore. He recently announced that he’s leaving... his band, The Enemies! After 10 years playing guitar and singing with the Irish band, he’s departing to focus on OUAT.

On Thursday, he wrote, “With regret I will no longer be playing with @TheEnemiesMusic! I wish the lads all the very best in the future. Love you lads!! #10years!!” Though we’re bummed we won’t get to see him rock out on anywhere but the Jolly Roger, we’re excited at the new prospect of his Storybrooke band! Yup. His departure inspired stars Emilie de Ravin (Belle), Lana Parrilla (Regina), and more to chime in about forming their own band and playing instruments in Vancouver. Aww!

Emilie led the way, asking fans for band name suggestions. “Don't worry Colin. We'll all form an #OUAT band in Vancouver!” she tweeted. “#Oncers - band name suggestions??”

After that — and deciding it would be “Neverband” — she wanted to play the cowbell, putting “Bobby” (aka Robert Carlyle, who plays Rumplestiltskin) on guitar, Lana singing, Colin on the triangle, Jennifer Morrison (Emma) on drums, Josh Dallas (Charming) on washboard, Lee Arenberg (Grumpy) on xylophone, Jared Gilmore (Henry) on bass, Ginnifer Goodwin (Snow White) dancing, Meghan Ory (Ruby) on bongos, Michael Raymond-James (Neal) on the piccolo, and Ethan on the harp. This cast is simply amazing.

Hey, maybe this is the start to a musical episode that we’ve all been hoping for. Would you pay to watch “Neverband”? Tell us below!
