The stars of Once Upon a Time love to interact with their fans on Twitter, but they’re usually private people. Sure, we see Ginnifer Goodwin (Snow White) and Josh Dallas (Prince Charming) out and about sometimes, and occasionally Jamie Chung (Mulan) will tweet a picture of her food, but other than that, they’re relatively low-profile celebs.

However, one star shared something big this weekend, revealing that he was undergoing his second surgery in six months! Sadly, it made him miss his show, and if things didn’t go well, he could be a bit out of commission at work!

The hospitalized gentleman in question is Jamie Dornan, who plays the dearly-departed Huntsman on OUAT. He hasn’t been chasing down princesses or trying to succumb to Regina’s heart-gripping charms in a while, but we still keep tabs on how he’s doing in real life.

On June 10, he tweeted, “Hope everyone will be watching the climax to season 1 of #TheFall tonight. I'll be in hospital having my 2nd shoulder surgery in 6 months!” For one, we love his new BBC Two show, The Fall, and secondly, we were really worried about him.

Thankfully, he emerged fine, giving fans an update later that evening. “Awoke from surgery and #TheFall was on tv in my hospital room! Bizarre. That Spector guy's a nutter,” he wrote. Already cracking jokes? We’re guessing he’s fine, but wish him a speedy recovery regardless!
