Once Upon a Time Season 3 got off to a good start, thanks in large part to the introduction of the gang's latest foe, the uber-creepy Peter Pan. What can we expect from their battle with Pan as we head into Season 3, Episode 2: "Lost Girl"?

We've gathered the biggests clues, spoilers, and sneak peeks about the episode right here so you can prepare yourself for Sunday's drama.

Official Synopsis

Let's start with the official synopsis, which says:

While Emma, Mary Margaret, David, Regina and Hook continue their search for Henry in Neverland, Peter Pan appears before a startled Emma and offers her a map that will reveal her son's whereabouts. But the only way to make the map appear is for Emma to stop denying who she really is and come to grips with her true feelings about her identity — and Mr. Gold receives some unexpected advice from a friend that could lead him to understand his life's journey while in Neverland. Meanwhile, in the Fairy Tale Land that was, when the Evil Queen presents Snow White with an offer to live her life with Charming in peace — with the caveat that she give up her claim to the throne — Charming makes it his mission to ensure that Snow doesn't take the offer.

Wow! Talk about a thorough synopsis. Time to dig into it and see what other clues we can use to connect the dots.

Pan's Offer to Emma

This sneak peek shows the scene where Pan offers Emma the map.

As the synopsis says, he does offer her a map that he claims will lead her to Henry if she accepts her "true identity." But what does he mean by that? Obviously that will be a key question in the episode. Is this about Emma accepting her role as the savior or her magical abilities? Is it somehow connected to the fact that she can hear voices crying on Neverland while apparently our other Storybrooke favorites can't, as mentioned at the beginning of the sneak peek?

Whatever the case, we definitely don't trust Pan.

Mr. Gold's "Friend"

The synopsis says "Mr. Gold receives some unexpected advice from a friend that could lead him to understand his life's journey while in Neverland." Based on this preview we're going to go ahead and say that friend is Belle. But is it really her, or some sort of dream or illusion? And what does she have to say to Rumple? You'll have to tune in to find out...

In the Flashback...

Meanwhile, we'll finally get another Charming and Snow flashback. About time! In the preview we see Snow draw a sword out of a stone. Is that linked to the Arthurian legend of the sword in the stone? Is that how Charming convinces Snow not to give up her claim to the throne?
