Once Upon a Time’s Emma Swan has had her ups and downs throughout the show’s three seasons, mostly in relation to her family and unlucky love life. However, as seen a bit in Season 3’s Neverland trip, things could be turning around for her, and a new spoiler reveals that she could be locking lips with someone soon.

But who will it be? The charming Captain Hook, who has been flirting up a storm with her during their search for Henry; her true love, Neal, whom we saw land in Neverland after being injured and trapped in the Enchanted Forest; or perhaps Regina, her enemy who Swan Queen fans desperately want to see her be with?

While neither co-creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis nor star Jennifer Morrison would spill the details, Jen dished that her favorite episode to date involved puckering up. “Well, it’s always fun when you get to kiss someone…” she said at New York Comic-Con (via TVLine).

From there, she went on to balance the possibility of each pairing. For Hook, it’s “complicated” because he’s been surprising her. “She’s really not wanting to be distracted [from the search for Henry], so there’s a lot coming at her that she’s not paying very close attention to,” Jennifer noted. The same goes for the distraction of Neal’s upcoming return — Eddy said it’s not “as simple as running into each others’ arms” for a reunion, and they may even regret exchanging those three words.

“There are the things you say to somebody as they’re about to die and fall into a portal, and then there are the things you say when things calm down and you have a chance to talk,” Eddy said, to which Jen added, “It doesn’t eliminate 10 years of her being heartbroken … She has to sort of re-understand her own history a bit.”

There was a light at the end of the tunnel, and a more definitive answer about one ship, from Jennifer, though: Swan Queen. When asked if OUAT will ever “go there” with a same-sex match-up, specifically Emma and Regina, she teased: “What I can say to you genuinely is: I think you should keep watching. Because I think you will see what you want to see.”

Since this panel took place the day before Aurora and Mulan’s tearful moment at the end of Season 3, Episode 3: “Quite a Common Fairy,” that may have been what she was referring to. However, we hold out hope we’ll see a glimmer of Swan Queen in the future.
