It’s all happening, Once Upon a Time fans. On the October 27 episode of the hit fairy tale drama (Season 3, Episode 5: “Good Form”), Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) and Captain Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) will finally kiss.

Better yet? Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we have a first look at the steamy lip-lock in all its glory.

While we can’t confirm that Prince Charming is saved from his Dreamshade poisoning, this kiss is as a “thank you” from Emma to Hook after he saves her father. The synopsis touts that the Jolly Roger’s captain will help them find a way out of Neverland, but as we’ve seen in recent episodes, Hook is also hoping David will ‘fess up to his impending death and try to seek help.

Let’s break down the moment Captain Swan shippers have all been waiting for, shall we? After Hook reveals that he did, indeed, save David, he says, “Perhaps gratitude is in order now” while giving her quite a sly smirk. “Yeah, that’s what the ‘thank you’ was for,” she replies.

Of course, he won’t back down. “Oh, that’s all your father’s life is worth to you?” he questions. “Please, you couldn’t handle it,” she retorts, to which he shoots back, “Perhaps you’re the one who couldn’t handle it.”

Their competitive natures converge in an epic stare-down before she grabs him for a passionate kiss that renders him speechless.

“That was…” he trails off softly. “A one-time thing,” she answers before walking away.

“Don’t follow me. Wait five minutes. Go get some firewood or something,” she says without looking at him.

“As you wish,” he responds, somehow becoming more swoon-worthy by using a Princess Bride reference before looking shocked as he runs his hand over his mouth, remembering the kiss. Be right back, watching this clip a dozen times.

So, Once fans, are you on board with Captain Swan, or do you think this hookup is a terrible idea? Share your thoughts in the comments below, and catch this full episode on Sunday, October 27 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
