With a title like “The Evil Queen,” we knew that Once Upon a Time Season 2, Episode 20 was going to feature some despicable antics in flashbacks, but we never imagined that Regina would take her killing spree to Storybrooke.

In a new sneak peek from Sunday’s episode, Regina starts off trying to pit Henry against the Charmings and Emma, explaining, “They want to take you to the Enchanted Forest... without me.”

Given Henry’s positive nature, it’s no surprise that he tries to explain that maybe they haven’t invited her yet, but ultimately, it doesn’t matter. Whether or not they want her there is futile — she is planning to go on her own in a shocking way.

After claiming that it’s her “chance to go back and start over” and “to be the hero,” then reveals that there’s a failsafe built into the curse — a self-destruct button-type trigger that’s the “next best thing to turning back time.”

“What happens to Storybrooke?” Henry questions, wide-eyed. “It disappears forever,” Regina quickly explains, but notes that there’s no need to worry since they “can get away first, back to the Enchanted Forest,” using some sort of magic she has. But of course, there’s a catch.

“What about everyone else?” Henry asks, and in the big shocker, Regina reveals, “THEY DIE.”
