We all love Once Upon a Time’s many, many mysteries, but sometimes it seems like each episode introduces more questions than answers. To that end, we’ve tackled the 10 biggest questions from this week’s episode in order to make sense of everything that happened.

Here are 10 questions from Season 2, Episode 20: “The Evil Queen.”

1. What is Greg’s other mission?

Greg tells Regina that his missing father isn’t only one reason why he’s messing with Regina — so what’s the other reason? We’re guessing it has something to do with Tamara, whose motive for joining Greg in Storybrooke has been somewhat nebulous. What is Tamara up to? And does it have something to do with her dead grandma?

2. Will Tamara betray Greg?

Just how tight are Greg and Tamara? We know Tamara is using Neal, and so we wouldn’t be surprised if Tamara eventually turned on Greg and focused on her own personal motive. Greg is a likable guy, ever since we saw him as a cute little tyke, but Tamara — with her scary taser — isn’t quite as likable. What we’re trying to say is: Be afraid, Greg.

3. Are we sensing a love connection between Regina and Hook?

We definitely were picking up on some sexy Regina-Hook vibes this week, which we support, since Emma appears to be over him. We know Regina has a knack for getting with the show’s hottest bad boys — we’re still jealous of her hook-up with Graham! — so we wouldn’t be surprised if she got a little something going with our favorite guyliner-wearing captain.

4. Who burned the beans — and are there more bean shoots?

This is why you should always invite Regina on your trip to Fairytale Land. Regina appears to be responsible for burning down the magic bean plants — so how will they get beans now? But could the beans have been burned down by someone else who wouldn’t want to go back to magic — like Emma or Neal? Either way, Smokey the Bear just shed a single tear.

5. Will Regina get her powers back?

We don’t really want to imagine a world in which Regina is powerless. So the question probably isn’t whether she’ll get her powers back but how she’ll do it — and how she’ll punish Greg and Tamara when it happens. Perhaps Gold will help her regain her powers, since we all know he’s not crazy about anything that has to do with Hook.

6. How did Greg and Tamara save Hook from Maleficent?

We learn that Greg and Tamara saved Hook — but how did they do it? Perhaps it was Tamara’s freaky taser to the rescue again? And by the way, does her taser use “science” as well, much as the magic-preventing cuff apparently does? We’re kind of surprised Greg and Tamara don’t patent that cuff and take it to Shark Tank or something.

7. How was Maleficent able to come back?

We haven’t heard much from Maleficent since last season when she seemed to be out of the picture (aka dead), but it appears she’s back — in some sort of demon form. So will we be seeing much more of her, or was this a one-time screaming match? By the way, if you ask us, Maleficent could use a vacation or a massage or something. The woman is stressed.

8. Will Regina continue to erase people’s memories?

For some who does as many regrettable things as Regina does, we can see why being able to erase a person’s recent memories would be a valuable skill to have. So will we see Regina erasing memories again, as she did this week to Henry?

9. When will we see more of King George in Storybrooke?

Early in the season, we saw an ominous shot of Albert Spencer — aka King George — watching David from his car in Storybrooke. However, we haven’t heard much about him since then — until Regina mentions King George in the flashback this week. Where has he been all this time? Is he still brooding silently in his car?

10. Are Rumple and Lacey on their way to being a solid couple?

Nothing really happened in the Gold-Lacey storyline this week — although the fact that Hook sees them smiling together in that telescope makes us think the couple just might be on the path toward love. We’re hoping this means they’ll soon have true love’s kiss and bring back Belle’s old memories, but with Lacey, you never know what to expect.
