On Once Upon a Time Season 2, Episode 3: “Lady of the Lake,” Cora (Barbara Hershey) proved that she truly is more frightening than Regina (Lana Parrilla).

Despite her feeble attempts to make Emma (Jennifer Morrison) trust her, Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) knew better. Too bad she found out too late. Even though Snow and Emma have spent most of the episode with Lancelot guiding the way, we find out in the end that it was Cora the whole time. She still has powerful dark magic at her fingertips, and apparently, that includes disguising herself as dead people.

Once Emma and Snow finally make their way to their old home in Fairytale Land, Emma reveals that the same wardrobe used to transport Emma to Storybrooke so she wouldn’t be cursed, can probably be used as a portal once again, if they have enough magic.

But suddenly, Cora reveals herself, and thrusts Emma and Snow against the walls of their old castle with a quick flick of her wrists. Cora wants to get back to Storybrooke too, which could lead to a much bigger danger than Regina ever was.

What would happen if Cora made it to Storybrooke? With Regina softening slightly, Cora would most certainly take over as the evil queen in town. Would her dark magic be stronger than Rumplestiltskin’s (Robert Carlyle)? What would she do if she found Henry?

Also, with the wardrobe burned down, where will they find a new portal?
