One of the most intriguing new characters on Once Upon a Time Season 2 is Neal Cassady (Michael Raymond-James), Emma's (Jennifer Morrison) lost love and Henry's (Jared Gilmore) father. We met him in a flashback in Season 2, Episode 6: “Tallahassee,” and have been assuming we'll see him again this season.
But will we? And if so, how soon?

Today (December 6), Michael Raymond-James tweeted, "Glass of wine and the next #OnceAUponTime script. Clocking in for work."
So it looks like not only will Neal definitely be back, but we won't have to wait all that long to see him. While we're not exactly sure where the cast and crew are in the production process, we'd estimate that if Michael is reading a script now, we'll probably see him on screen within a month or two of the winter return.
Are you excited to learn more about this mysterious man from Emma's past? Do you like the theory that he's a fairy tale character, or maybe even Baelfire? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
