As Once Upon a Time Season 2 barrels to a close, many fans are wondering if and when we'll see Greg's father, Kurt Flynn, again. You know, the poor man Regina kidnapped in the flashback portion of Season 2, Episode 17: "Welcome to Storybrooke"? Regina claims not to know where he is, but Greg — and fans — are skeptical. As we've previously reported, Kurt is going to come into play again this season. Now, thanks to TVLine, we can be more specific: apparently Kurt "resurfaces" in this Sunday's Season 2, Episode 21: "Second Star to the Right."

UPDATE: Greg's dad Kurt did indeed resurface in "Second Star to the Right," but it wasn't the happy father-son reunion we were hoping for. After a few electroshock therapy sessions, Regina tells Greg that she killed his father the day he crossed Storybrooke's border. She tells him she buried the body in their camp grounds. When Greg goes to the site to look for proof, he finds his father's jacket, and gulp, skull. It wasn't a pretty site. It looks like Regina killed Kurt after all.
