Once Upon a Time Season 2 starts in less than two weeks (it premieres on September 30), and you know what that means: It's time for the official press releases to start rolling in!

We've already heard about what happens in the premiere, and now a new press release from ABC about Season 2, Episode 2: “We Are Both” spills more details about the second episode of the season.

In Storybrooke, "Regina [Lana Parrilla] continues to find a way to regain her magical powers," which confirms what already seemed clear from the brief synopsis of the episode and sneak peek pics from the premiere: Magic may have come to the real world, but Regina doesn't know how to use it, here.

Meanwhile, "David [Josh Dallas] continues his quest to uncover the whereabouts of Mary Margaret [Ginnifer Goodwin] and Emma [Jennifer Morrison]," suggesting that whatever Lost-esque fate befalls the mother-daughter duo will begin in the premiere.

Finally, "the seven dwarves discover what happens when any of the townspeople try to step past the city limits of Storybrooke." Finally! Though with the curse broken, is leaving Storybrooke even a problem anymore?

Meanwhile, in the Fairytale Land flashback, Regina — whose unwanted wedding to King Leopold is approaching — "is confronted by a man of magic who promises to help her become independent and break free from her mother Cora's (Barbara Hershey) clutches."

Given that we know this episode will reveal how Regina and Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) met, we assume Rumple is the "man of magic" in question, though with OUAT you never know when your assumptions will be turned on their heads.

It's also worth noting that amongst the predictable guest stars listed for the episode (the dwarves, Dr. Whale [David Anders], other townsfolk who pop up a lot) is Sebastian Stan (Jefferson/The Mad Hatter). How, exactly, does he fit in?

Newbies Sleeping Beauty (Sarah Bolger) and Mulan (Jamie Chung) are also listed. Guess we're definitely going to get to know them quickly! You can also expect to see Young Snow White in the flashback, as the adorable Bailee Madison will be making an appearance.

Once Upon a Time Season 2 premieres on September 30, 2012 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
