She’s The Chosen One! The Girl Who Lived! There’s no lightning bolt scar on her forehead, but Once Upon a Time’s Regina (Lana Parrilla) was a special baby marked by Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle), ‘cause he’s the kind of creepy guy who steals kids.

On Season 1, we learned Regina’s mom, Cora (Barbara Hershey), was a miller’s daughter who suddenly rose to wealth. So did Cora promise her first born to Rumple, like in Rumple’s original fairy tale? Looks like it. On Season 2, Episode 2, Rumple got extra creepy with Regina in hinting that he’s known her since she was a wee lass. So when will Regina learn about her origins with Rumplestiltskin?

Lana Parrilla told TV Guide that they hadn’t filmed any scenes like that yet. "At this point, Regina doesn't have the knowledge that she is the child,” Lana said. “There is a hint that he has held her as a baby and she's kind of freaked-out." Understandably.

But right now, Regina is still busy trying to get close to her adopted son, Henry (Jared Gilmore), which is extra difficult since Henry is living with Gramps (Josh Dallas) while Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) are gone. Kids are such a pain! You steal them, adopt them, put them in cabinets, give them away — and they never show proper appreciation.

Catch the next new episode of Once Upon a Time on Sunday, October 14 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
