Last night’s Once Upon a Time Season 2, Episode 6 didn’t feature Regina/The Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) at all, but maybe we can imagine she was spending that time considering more therapy with Archie Hopper/Jiminy Cricket (Raphael Sbarge). She just re-lost the love of her life, Daniel (Noah Bean), on Episode 5 and could probably use more support.

Raphael Sbarge talked to The Los Angeles Times about Dr. Hopper’s attempts to help Regina this season. He said everyone in Storybrooke wanted to get out of town after the curse was broken, but Prince Charming (Josh Dallas) turned them around. “At that point, Archie made the decision to instead of run from the evil, confront it and see what he could do to reach out to her,” Raphael said. “Clearly he felt that there might be, if he approached her in a sensible and a clear way, a way to get some light in a crack in the door. He’s had some success with that in his sessions. She’s struggling with not using magic. What’s at stake for her is obviously Henry and her relationship to Henry. What I can say is that what you’ve seen in the doctor’s office — you will see more of it, and there will be more of an opportunity to engage in these conversations.”

Regina should tag-team the sessions with Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle), since he’s also struggled with the idea of not using magic. His hunger for power cost him his son, Baelfire, and possibly his girlfriend, Belle (Emilie de Ravin). Rumple and Regina’s own mom, Cora (Barbara Hershey), are the cautionary tales that could turn her from The Evil Queen into The Redemption Queen.

Catch the next new episode of Once Upon a Time on Sunday, November 11 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
