Looks like Emma (Jennifer Morrison) won’t be getting that happily ever after anytime soon. Once Upon A Time co-creator Edward Kitsis told Entertainment Weekly that “Emma is going to be dealing with a lot of emotional baggage [in the next few episodes]...There are a lot of things she needs to get through.”

We wonder if the “emotional baggage” Kitsis refers to could have something to do with the Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle)/Baelfire reunion he also teased for the next episode (Season 2, Episode 14: “Manhattan”).

“I would say that ‘Manhattan’ is going to be the showdown that everyone wants to [see],” said Kitsis.

We think that Baelfire and Henry’s (Jared Gilmore) father, Neal Cassady (Michael Raymond-James) are one in the same, which would make this “showdown” a long time coming for Emma and Henry, as well as Rumple.

Kitsis hinted that Emma’s troubles are going to last a few episodes. Does this mean that Neal might be sticking around? Or maybe Emma, Henry, and Rumple can crash at his place in NYC? They can have a Disney movie marathon and Henry can gorge himself on Cinnabons. Best. Family reunion. Ever.
