The episode synopsis for Season 2, Episode 10: “The Cricket Game” suggests that someone dies, and Regina (Lana Parrilla) is accused of murdering him/her. Now, thanks to a new sneak peek of the episode, we know who apparently kicks it — and it's a heartbreaker.

In this sneak peek, Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Ruby (Meghan Ory) discover Archie (Raphael Sbarge) collapsed in his office, apparently dead.

Is he really gone? We're crossing our fingers that appearances are deceiving.

Once Upon a Time Season 2 returns on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
