Gotta be honest: It was a bit of a letdown. We'd heard that August/Pinocchio (Eion Bailey) would be coming back on Once Upon a Time Season 2 and showrunner Adam Horowitz had said his "fate" would be revealed on Sunday's Episode 2: “We Are Both.”

Fate as a human man, saved by the broken curse in Storybrooke? Fate as a wooden boy stuck in that form? Or a completely different fate?...

It's now October, but we're still pining for August. Where did he go?
