Anyone who has watched Orange Is the New Black knows that it's groundbreaking in its diversity, and now the show is once again being honored for its nuanced and layered portrayal of LGBT characters.

Logo TV's Trailblazers special is a new annual event celebrating pioneers in the LGBT rights movement. It premieres on Thursday, June 26th at 9pm ET/PT, which is the one-year anniversary of the day DOMA (the Defense of Marriage Act) was overruled. Sounds pretty cool right?

Well now it's even cooler! Today Logo announced that Orange Is the New Black will be honored "for bringing the lives and stories of characters rarely seen on television into millions of living rooms around the country." Laverne Cox and other cast members will be on hand to accept the honor.

Brooklyn Nets player Jason Collins, the first publicly open gay male athlete in a major American sport, will also be honored, as will four "Trailblazing youth" who are making a big difference. The special will also feature celeb appearances by Daniel Radcliffe, Tegan and Sara, Jared Leto, Kylie Minogue, Ariana Grande, Rita Ora, and more!

Mark your calendar! Orange Is the New Black Season 2 premieres on Netflix on June 6, 2014.
