One of the major plot threads left hanging at the end of Orange Is the New Black Season 2 was Piper's (Taylor Schilling) betrayal of Alex (Laura Prepon). Piper caused her ex-girlfriend to be caught violating her parole — an act that will land Alex back behind bars.

Did she do it out of concern because Alex's life was in danger? As revenge? Because she wanted Alex back in jail with her? Whatever the case, one thing is for sure — Alex is gonna be pissed.

In a recent interview with TV GuideLaura Prepon said that Alex can see through Piper's BS. "When Alex does find out, she's going to know why [Piper] did it and it will be really interesting."

Huh. To us, that sounds like maybe Piper will try to justify herself by saying she was trying to save Alex from the people who were after her, and Alex won't buy the story. Or maybe it's the other way around — perhaps Piper will try to cover up how much she cares for Alex. She's never been able to keep her real feelings hidden from her on-again, off-again lover for long.

Whatever the case, Taylor Schilling confirmed to TV Guide that Alex's reaction to Piper's phone call "will be a big part of Season 3."

We can't wait!
