We’ve been hearing about BBC America’s hit show, Orphan Black, for quite some time now, but the sci-fi drama is only set to start its second season on April 19 meaning those of you who have yet to experience Sarah, Allison, Cosima, and all of the other clones (not to mention the acting wonder that is Tatiana Maslany) still have time to catch up before Season 2’s big debut in a few days. Even if you’ve already seen Season 1 but are looking for a little refresher before the sophomore season kicks off, there are plenty of places to watch all ten installments of the first season online.
Watching Season 1 in its entirety is actually easier than you think, thanks to the kind folks over at BBC America who put together a handy guide complete with a list of sites and cable providers that allow you to stream the hit series. The list includes the usual suspects like iTunes (at $2.99 an ep) and Amazon (which has the whole season for $9.99), but we’re giving Amazon the edge here. Not only is the entire season on sale for ten dollars less than what you can get it for on iTunes, but Amazon also allows you to watch the complete first season for free if you register with Amazon Prime. If you take Amazon up on that amazing offer however, be sure to cancel your membership before the 30-day free trial expires, or else you’ll be billed for a full month’s service.
Would you rather watch the show on your television via your cable provider? BBC America notes that OB is available On-Demand through XFINITY, Time Warner Cable, DIRECTV, FiOS TV, and DISH Network. OB superfans may be more inclined to buy the DVD of the complete first season, which is on sale for $29.98 and includes loads of special features.
There are also plenty of other places you can catch up on Season 1, but they're not exactly legal. If you’re curious, however, a quick Google search will likely point you in the right direction… Have you seen Orphan Black Season 1? Tell us below!
Orphan Black Season 2 premieres on April 19 at 9 p.m. ET on BBC America.
