While the Academy Awards may get upstaged musically by other award shows like the Grammys and even the Emmys (thanks Neil Patrick Harris!), that doesn’t mean it won’t still pull out some pretty major performances. And this year’s March 2 broadcast of the Oscars 2014 may be one of the best in many years!

We will first be treated to performances from all the Best Song nominees: Pharrell (“Happy”), Idina Menzel (“Let It Go”), U2 (“Ordinary Love”), and Karen O and Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig (“The Moon Song”). Seriously, is that not the coolest lineup this show has ever had?

And if that weren’t already enough, the Grande Dame Ms. Bette Midler and Pink (!!) will be taking the stage for reasons that have yet to be revealed (In Memoriam? Heroes Tribute?).

Keep checking back all night for videos of the sure-to-be incredible performances as they happen!
