What do you do if you're seconds away from performing a technically-demanding (and Oscar-winning) hit song from a box office smash before 30 million viewers on Hollywood's biggest night — and the movie star introducing your performance mangles your name?

If you're anything like Broadway star Idina Menzel, you follow the advice of your song's title and "Let It Go."

According to E! Online's sources, the 42-year-old took it in stride when John Travolta pronounced her name like "Adele Dazeem" at the 86th Academy Awards on March 2.

"She laughed it off," the source said. "She thought it was so funny. She was like, 'What are you going to do?' … The Oscars were a dream come true for Idina. She wasn't going to let anything get in the way of that."

The insider even states that Idina gave John a big huge backstage.

The site also reports that John knew how to pronounce the Wicked star's name — enunciating it perfectly during rehearsals. "No one knows what happened," another informant tells the site. "Maybe nerves just got the best of him."

Neither actor's reps have commented on the flub, but from the sound of Idina's March 3 tweet, she loved every moment of the award show: "Still pinching myself over my entire #Oscars experience. Dream come true."
