Which “Game of Thrones” Star is a Vegetarian in Real Life?

Tyrion Lannister may enjoy a nice meaty feast as much as he enjoys his wine and women, but Peter Dinklage, who portrays him on HBO’s Game of Thrones, has been a vegetarian for many years. In fact, any time you see The Imp chowing down on what appears to be a meat dish, it’s actually a tofu analog on his plate.

Many fans already know of Peter’s animal friendly eating habits, it seems. During a recent quiz on Viggle LIVE!, 38 percent of users pegged the Dinks as the veggie. However, nearly as many — 36 percent — thought it was Maisie Williams (Arya Stark). The remaining 27 percent thought Jon Snow, aka Kit Harington, not only swore off color and the touch of a woman when he took up the black, but also animal flesh.

Are you a total GoT know-it-all? Put that knowledge to work for you with Viggle!

Peter’s decision to become a vegetarian comes from his love of all animals — not just the super cute ones. “I wouldn't hurt a cat or a dog — or a chicken, or a cow. And I wouldn't ask someone else to hurt them for me. That's why I'm a vegetarian."

Fair enough. Bring this man a flagon of ale and your juiciest Gardenburger!
