Peter Dinklage (Tyrion) had a very solid career prior to Game of Thrones, but after he burst onto our small screens as the most loveable Lannister, the talented actor shot up to A-list status, booking big screen role after big screen role. The flick he's currently filming is Pixels, an Adam Sandler comedy where Peter is rocking a look unlike anything you've seen on him before.

Peter was spotted on set with what can only be described as an off-the-hook mullet. Also, a bazooka or other giant weapon — but the hair is what caught our attention first.

So, what exactly is Pixels, and why does it require Peter Dinklage to have an intense mullet? Well, it's an adaptation of a short film about '80s video game characters who come to life and attack NYC. In Pixels, the heroes are a bunch of video game experts recruited to fight back. Peter will co-star alongside Adam Sandler, Kevin James, and Josh Gad. The movie is directed by Chris Columbus, of Harry Potter and Percy Jackson fame.

Amazingly, this is not actually the first time Peter Dinklage has been seen wearing a mullet online; he sports a (less over the top) version of the hairstyle in his high school yearbook photo, which surfaced in early June.

All we can say is props to Peter for somehow looking like he can totally kick butt, despite the craziness going on on his head.
