Peter Kraus Opens Up About Rumors That He’s the ‘Bachelor’
The reality star recently opened up about the widespread rumors to that effect.
Tensions ran extremely high as the two came face-to-face for the first time since the split in the live interview segment of the show.
The chemistry between Rachel and Peter was arguably so potent because he is fascinatingly emotive — a quality that would make him a wonderful choice as the next Bachelor.
But rumors that he will once again hit the small screen have not been confirmed.
“I cannot say yes or no," Peter told TMZ when asked about the whisperings.
He was then questioned as to whether or not he's excited about the rumors.
“No, it makes me nervous," he said. "People have a lot of opinions and they’re not always positive."
“There’s definitely really kind people out there that have positive things to say and, I don’t know, everybody will just have to wait and see," he continued.
But how long must we wait?!?
The wondering appeared poised to come to a close earlier this week, when Good Morning America tweeted on Thursday that a reveal would happen the next day.
“TOMORROW: We reveal the next Bachelor LIVE, only on @GMA!” the talkshow wrote.
Bachelor showrunner Mike Fleiss even retweeted the post.
Spoiler King Reality Steve also piped in earlier this week to tease that an announcement would soon reveal Peter.
(SPOILER): I feel confident in reporting that sources are telling me Peter is the next Bachelor & it will be announced soon.RealitySteve (@RealitySteve) August 30, 2017
But alas...the GMA tweet was mysteriously deleted with no explanation, and no announcement was made.
That all about brings us to now, sitting here wondering if we'll get more chances to see Peter poignantly discuss his emotions during a whirlwind romance.
If not, we guess we'll have to make do with his treasure trove of an Instagram.
